To book property, guests must provide a valid photo identity card issued by the Government of India.
- Only Vegetarian food will be allowed in villa premises.
- Refundable security deposit of INR 5,000/- to be paid by the guest - 24 hours prior to check in.
- 50% of the total amount to be paid by the guest on the day of booking.
- Balance amount to be paid by the guest 10 days prior to check-in.
- Refundable security deposit will be returned within 3 business days to the guest, upon checking for any spoilages at the time for check out.
- All payments to be made to Hidden Heaven Holidays bank account - Details will be shared via email.
- Cancellation made before 30 days of the check in date are subject to fee equal to 50% of the total bill amount paid for the booking.
- No Cancellation for the above package will be allowed after 30 days from the date of check in.
